Refund Policy

At Lucan Fashion, we are committed to providing our customers with quality products and a pleasant shopping experience. Please review our refund policy below for information regarding returns and refunds.

Refund requests may be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order if the product arrives damaged, defective, or differs from the item originally ordered.

All refund requests are subject to review and approval by our customer service team.

To be eligible for a refund, products must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase or an order number must be provided.

Products that have been damaged due to improper use, alterations, or normal wear and tear may not qualify for a refund.

To request a refund, please contact us through our official Contact Us page within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product if it is damaged or defective.

Our customer service team will review your request and provide further instructions.

Once a refund request has been approved and any required return has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method where possible.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed. The time required for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Products that have been worn, used, altered, or damaged due to improper care may not be eligible for a refund, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect due to an error on our part.

If you have any questions regarding our Refund Policy, please contact our customer service team through our official website.
